IAALM delivers health care to under served people in the St. Louis area, provides health education to the general public and professionals as well as seeking to advance the understanding of acupuncture.

- Licensed Acupuncturists and other licensed health professionals
- Licensed Massage Therapists
- Instructors and teachers with skills in health care, nutrition, child development, yoga, Tai Chi, movement and exercise
- Translators - Spanish, Bosnian, all languages
- Sign up for envelope stuffing
- Provide general clerical support
- Various help at a special event
- Sign up to be called upon for your pick-up truck, van, dolly, muscles, or computer skills
